Service Overview

Walklings is a mobile app that provides walk records and step rewards, character growth, and share card features. You must comply with these terms and the policies of each app market.

Account and Conditions of Use

Depending on the OS permissions the app requires and the status of your app-market account, you may use some features. If you use account linking or sync features, you must accurately manage your own account information; when you request account deletion, stored progress and recoverable purchase status are handled according to each feature's policy.

In-Game Currency and Rewards

Coins, food, tickets, and other in-game currency are virtual items for fun and progress within the app. If errors, unauthorized access, or policy violations are confirmed, reward payouts or use may be restricted.

In-game currency cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents, and its payout conditions, names, and usage may change if necessary for service operation. Currency granted in error due to a clear system error may be recovered or corrected.

Purchases, Refunds, and Restoration

In-app purchases are processed according to App Store or Google Play policies. Payment cancellation, refunds, withdrawal of subscription, and purchase restoration follow the procedures and limitations of each app market, and the developer provides support to the extent necessary to verify payment receipts and purchase status.

Rewarded Ads

Rewarded ads are provided at your choice. Depending on network conditions, the ad provider's inventory and policies, duplicate viewing, abnormal access, and the time of app termination, ads may not be served or rewards may be delayed. If a reward-ad error is confirmed, we may re-grant or correct it within a reasonable scope based on the records.

Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions on Use

You may not manipulate the app fraudulently or use automation tools, modified apps, abnormal network requests, payment bypass, reward abuse, or anything that infringes other users' rights. If a violation is confirmed, reward restrictions, currency recovery, and restrictions on account or feature use may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Step counts and health data may vary depending on the device, OS, Health Connect, and HealthKit status. Walklings does not provide services for medical, diagnostic, or treatment purposes.

The app does not assess your health status or guarantee an amount of exercise. Health-related decisions should give priority to professional advice, and you should use the app after checking your own safety and surroundings.

Service Changes and Termination

The developer may change or suspend part of the service for stable operation, security, policy changes, or feature improvements. If an important change or termination is necessary, we will provide notice by reasonable means such as in-app, website, or app-market announcements.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. For inquiries or disputes related to using the service, we first attempt resolution through the developer contact or support channel shown on the app stores.
